How do I take it?
Ro Sparks are very intentionally designed to dissolve under your tongue over several minutes (not immediately). This maximizes the amount of medication delivered directly to your bloodstream for a faster effect.

What are some common side effects?
The most common side effects of the active ingredients (sildenafil and tadalafil) in Ro Sparks are: headaches, nasal stuffiness, flushing, dizziness, and upset stomach.

These serious side effects can include low blood pressure and priapism, a prolonged erection lasting four hours or more. While rare, an erection that lasts more than 4 hours is a medical emergency.
