⏸️ Pause or Cancel Subscription

At this time, the Body Program subscription can either be active or canceled. When your initial treatment request is reviewed, your subscription is activated, and will remain active while you continue to receive treatment through Ro. You can cancel your subscription on ro.co/home by choosing Care in the top navigation, selecting “Ro Body Program,”  and clicking “Cancel Subscription” from the program details page if you decide that you don’t want to continue treatment.

Common Questions

Unfortunately, we cannot delay the Body Program monthly plan. Your monthly subscription is enabling Ro and our partners to work behind the scenes on getting your medication covered by your insurance carrier and working with your preferred pharmacy. Patients can always reach out to understand where we are in the process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for the Body program and your previously incurred monthly fees are nonrefundable. You can also view our return and refund policy on sales for more information.

If you decide to not pursue further treatment with Ro, we’ve made this easy for you to do through your My Ro account:

1) Log in at my.ro.co and click on ‘plan’ on the white card that says Ro Body Program.

2) Select ‘cancel plan,’ which will allow you to cancel.

At this time, we do not offer a pause option on the Body Program subscription.

  • Please log in at ro.co/home and select Care from the top navigation

  • Click on the card that says “Ro Body Program”.

  • Then select ‘cancel plan’ which will allow you to cancel.

By canceling your subscription to the Body Program:

  • You will no longer have access to the provider-prescribed GLP-1 medication, personal health coach, curriculum emails, or any other benefits.

  • You will not be charged on your next payment due date.

  • You agree to work with your primary care provider for any healthcare needs that may arise from your use of GLP-1 medication.

If cancellation happened after you were shipped your metabolic test kit, you may still receive it and will not be able to receive a refund for the cost of the test.

If you choose to take it, you can still review the results with Ro.

Please note your previously incurred monthly membership fees are non-refundable. You will receive Body Program services through the last day of the monthly billing cycle for which you have paid the membership fee (the “Last Billing Cycle”).

If you cancel your subscription, at this time, it is not possible to restart without completing a new online visit and going through the onboarding process again. If you’ve canceled your subscription by mistake, please contact us and we can help you with restarting.
