Dr.Bajnath is an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Clinical Research and Leadership at George Washington University School of Medicine. He is the CEO and founder of the Institute for Human Optimization Precision Medicine Research Group in Hanover, Maryland. He is a Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) and is Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM).

Dr. Bajnath received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, and he received a scholarship for a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. He received his medical degree and graduated with honors from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed an internship in family medicine at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Tallahassee, Florida, and he completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland.
