Dr. Sam Adams, MD

Internal Medicine

Dr. Sam Adams grew up in the southwest, went to college in Minnesota, and did all of his medical training in New York City, at New York Medical College and NYU School of Medicine’s program at Lenox Hill Hospital. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, and practices as a hospitalist, in addition to working with Ro’s affiliated network. He was drawn to telemedicine for the excitement and challenge of working in a new field that allows caring for patients and practicing medicine in a way that is new, and often more efficient and convenient for both patients and doctors. He specifically decided to work with Ro’s affiliated network because of their focus on men’s health, and the ability to care for patients who might otherwise never get proper treatment. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering and has spent a lot of time doing medical work in Haiti. He also enjoys hiking, world travel, and creating music.
