Kimberly was born and raised in a small town in North Georgia. She graduated with her nursing degree from Shorter University, and worked as a Registered Nurse for 10 years before pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing degree focusing in Family Medicine. She completed her Masters degree at Chamberlain University in Chicago Illinois.
