Dr. Michael Regan, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in Emergency and Obesity Medicine, with a distinguished career spanning clinical care, healthcare administration, and digital health leadership. Since beginning his medical career in 2010 as an attending emergency medicine physician, he has developed deep expertise in telemedicine, medical group management, and virtual care delivery.

Licensed in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., Dr. Regan currently serves as Medical Director for the Network of Virtual Physicians, a national organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compliant, and compassionate virtual healthcare. He also holds the role of Supervising Physician at Trimly, overseeing personalized, concierge-level weight loss programs, and serves as a Medical Consultant for Nutrisense, supporting their evidence-based approach to metabolic health and weight management.

Dr. Regan’s clinical interests include virtual urgent care, obesity treatment, HIV prevention, and comprehensive telehealth solutions for both men’s and women’s health. As an Efficiency Coach with the All In Remote (AIR) Physician Academy, he mentors physicians transitioning into digital health careers, offering guidance on multi-state licensure and access to unique, off-market opportunities in telemedicine.

He earned his MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2007, completed his Emergency Medicine residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center in 2010, and holds a BS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Dr. Regan was board-certified in Emergency Medicine in 2011 and in Obesity Medicine in 2024.
