Sara Ashley McCracken is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Beaufort in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University Savannah in 2017. As a registered nurse, she specialized in Women’s Health Services. From 2017 to 2022, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked in a rural health center, providing pediatric primary care, school-based health, and adult general medicine services.

Since 2022, Sara Ashley McCracken, NP has expanded her practice to telehealth, focusing on mental health, obesity medicine, and urgent care. Known for her empathy, holistic approach, and thorough knowledge, she is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care and is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health goals.
