The test detects a hormone called hCG in your urine. If hCG is present in your urine, it attaches to the antibodies inside the test. When hCG and antibodies meet, that leads to a positive test line.

When an egg is fertilized by sperm and attaches to the uterus, hCG is released into the body. hCG can be detected in your urine about 10 days after an egg is fertilized, which makes it an excellent predictor of pregnancy (though it can’t tell you if you’re pregnant immediately after sex or insemination).

Super accurate, easy to use
Super accurate, easy to use and read. I think these are high quality tests, especially given the price. For what it’s worth, Ive had two confirmed pregnancies that were not able to b detected before my missed period date with this test. The earliest the tests picked it up was 2d after missed period.
