Hannah Kaye


Hannah Kaye is a nutritional therapist and health writer based in Cape Town, South Africa. She specializes in obesity management (including GLP-1 therapies), metabolic and gastrointestinal health, and nutritional psychiatry.

With over 17 years of clinical experience and a background in journalism, Hannah writes evidence-based health content for healthcare and telehealth platforms. She is the author of a peer-reviewed literature review published in the African Journal of AIDS Research, and her work has also appeared on Klarity Health Library and in several South African health publications. She also regularly works alongside medical reviewers and clinical teams on topics ranging from weight management to hormonal health.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutritional Health (First Class Honors) from Greenwich University and a Bachelor of Journalism from Rhodes University, with further advanced training in nutrigenomics and ketogenic metabolic therapies.
