Hope Chang, PharmD

Hope Chang is a clinical pharmacist licensed in California, Minnesota, and Virginia. She received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Howard University in 2015 and then completed residency training at UC Davis Medical Center. The majority of her career has been spent managing chronic conditions in people living with HIV. Working with this unique patient population has led to experiences in specialty pharmacy and medical cannabis. She started writing patient-oriented medical content after acknowledging the impact the internet has on patient knowledge and treatment outcomes. When she’s not drinking coffee in front of her computer, she’s usually doing some type of physical activity or eating (occasionally both at the same time).
