Fight for patients

Always start with what patients want. Your curiosity drives you to understand their motivation and the goals they are trying to achieve. Work backwards from there. Fight for the healthcare they deserve and move mountains to make it happen.

Challenge the status quo. You're here to revolutionize healthcare for patients. Dream big. Come up with bad meeting ideas. We love them. Let's invent together.

Inch by inch

Improve every day - yourself, your team and your work. Constantly raise the bar. Focus on the inputs of the patient experience and, over a long enough time horizon, those small improvements compound and you will change the world.

Drive quality through focus

To deliver high quality work, you need to ruthlessly prioritize. Narrow your focus and up the quality. Don't tackle all problems at the same time – address them sequentially. Make sure you solve the first set of problems exceptionally well before you move on to the next.

Operate with urgency

Be proud of moving fast. When you know what needs to get done, don't wait until later. Start right away. For decisions that are reversible, make them fast and learn quickly. You will never have all of the data. It's the total number of right decisions that count, not the percentage.

Give feedback, seek feedback

When you care about the best outcomes for Ro and our patients, you can't help but embrace feedback. Give feedback that's candid, immediate, and comes from a place of care. When you receive feedback, don't be defensive. Embrace it. It helps you and your work improve.
