Kimberly Wohlwend, NP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Kim has been an ANCC board certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2012. Her nursing background includes working on the cardiac and postpartum units at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. As a Nurse Practitioner her background includes working in obesity medicine, retail health, and home wellness. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Kim serves as an adjunct faculty member for nurse practitioner students, sharing her knowledge and expertise to help shape the future of healthcare. She enjoys working in telemedicine as it allows her to provide accessible and convenient healthcare to patients from diverse backgrounds and locations, fostering greater flexibility and innovation in care delivery.
