Brooke Fogleman is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently living in North Carolina. Originally hailing from the Rockies, she attended Nursing school at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After practicing as a nurse in the Emergency Department, as well as the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit for a decade, she returned for her Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner she has worked in Primary Care, LGBTQ+ Care, and Telemedicine.

Brooke loves connecting with people across the country to help meet their goals and facilitate holistic care remotely.
