Dr. Chihui Yuan attended medical school at Touro University California and residency training in internal medicine at Manatee Memorial Hospital. She became interested in telemedicine after realizing what current technology advancement can do to help patients who are underserved in health care.

Dr. Yuan was drawn to Ro in particular for their accessibility for patients from all backgrounds and their commitment to high quality, accessible, and timely patient care.
