Chris Newhart, NP

Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Christopher Newhart was born and raised in West-Pittston, PA and graduated from Wilkes University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He later attended University of Miami for his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters of Science in Nursing, and Post-Graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Nurses Credentialing Center. Christopher has experience in the urgent care setting as well as primary care, home health care, psychiatry, and telemedicine. He has experience treating patients across the lifespan. Christopher believes that telemedicine plays a pivotal role in modern healthcare and is excited to be at the forefront of this movement at Ro.
