Damaris Grossmann, DNP, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Rutgers University. With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, she specializes in metabolic health and weight management, helping patients address the root causes of chronic conditions through evidence-based, whole-person care.
Her diverse clinical background includes military trauma care, pediatrics, digital health, community health, and integrative medicine. As a U.S. Navy Veteran with military medical trauma training and a recipient of the Navy Achievement Medal, Damaris Grossmann brings a compassionate, resilient, and patient-centered approach to care.
She is passionate about helping individuals and families create sustainable lifestyle changes through education, mindfulness, and integrative health strategies.
