Dr. Diane Jones is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience caring for patients across primary care, preventive medicine, telehealth, and chronic disease management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University before completing both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Widener University.
Throughout her career, Dr. Jones has cared for patients in hospitals, home-based primary care, long-term care, and virtual practice settings. She is passionate about making high-quality healthcare more accessible and believes telemedicine allows patients to receive compassionate, evidence-based care wherever they are.
Dr. Jones has a special interest in weight management medicine, preventive health, and helping patients build sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their long-term health. She enjoys partnering with patients to create realistic treatment plans that fit their lives while supporting them every step of their health journey.
