Emily's journey began in the heart of Minnesota, where she was born and raised. She laid the foundation for her career by earning a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Minnesota in 2009. Following her graduation, Emily took a patriotic turn, joining the United States Navy as a registered nurse, dedicating five years on active duty.
It was during her service in the Navy that Emily crossed paths with her husband, Nathan. Together, they forged a life, and as of today, Nathan remains dedicated to military service while they nurture and raise their three boys.
Driven by a passion for healthcare and a commitment to continuous learning, Emily pursued higher education and completed her Masters in Science of Nursing at the University of San Diego. This achievement marked her transition into the role of a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Emily's professional journey is marked by a diverse range of experiences, including stints in emergency medicine and reproductive health. Her expertise extends to the forefront of modern healthcare, as she embraces the dynamic realm of telemedicine. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Emily finds immense joy in the ever-evolving field of telemedicine, relishing the opportunity to extend her care and support to individuals across the nation.
