Emily Poczontek, NP

Nurse Practitioner

Emily Poczontek, APRN, was born and raised in NE Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama. She is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of professional nursing experience, including seven years as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Internal Medicine and telemedicine.

Emily holds licensure in multiple states and is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She joined Ro’s affiliated network to contribute to a platform dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, patient-centered care.
