Dr. Eunice Chan was born and raised in Chicago. She graduated from Saint Xavier University with a degree in biology and attended the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, IL.

Dr. Chan strives to practice through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and believes everyone deserves access to good health and care.
