Germaine Tezano, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared, dual board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with more than 11 years of advanced practice experience across hospital medicine, telehealth, obesity medicine,metabolic disease management, primary care, and hospice and palliative care.

Dr. Tezano has built her career on delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance in both traditional and virtual healthcare environments. Her experience spans complex inpatient care, chronic disease management, and innovative telehealth delivery models designed to improve access to care and patient outcomes. She has expertise in obesity medicine and metabolic health, including GLP-1 therapy management, hormone replacement therapy, medication titration, and the comprehensive management of chronic medical conditions.

Dr. Tezano is experienced in both synchronous and asynchronous telehealth workflows and has successfully provided care through modern virtual healthcare platforms serving patients across multiple states.
