Dr. Jason Lewis, MD is board certfified in Family Medicine with over 13 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, and telemedicine. He provides clinical care for one Indiana’s largest primary care groups where he is currently a lead physician and previous informaticist.

When he is not caring for patients in his office, Dr. Lewis is delivering timely, convenient, and high-quality care to patients in Ro’s affiliated network.
