Jeremy Malouf, MD

Dr. Jeremy Chip Malouf was born and raised in Levelland, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biology. He attended Texas Tech University School of Medicine where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family and Community Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Odessa, Texas and completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Lubbock, Texas.

Dr. Malouf is currently board certified in Family Medicine as well as Sports Medicine and a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. He joined Ro’s affiliated network to be a part of a community that strives to expand the access of safe and quality healthcare.
