Kaedi Fehlberg completed her undergraduate studies at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, before earning a second Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Nursing from Columbia University School of Nursing, with specialties in both Family and Acute Care. Her clinical training took place at the renowned Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Kaedi's interest in telemedicine grew from a firsthand understanding of what accessible, high-quality care can mean for individuals and families who might otherwise go without it. She was drawn to Ro specifically for their commitment to reimagining the healthcare experience — not just for patients, but for the providers who serve them.
