Kate Barbiyeru is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Coastal Carolina University and went on to earn her Registered Nursing degree and Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago, followed by a post-master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University.

Kate was drawn to telemedicine for the flexibility it offers both patients and providers, allowing for accessible, high-quality care while supporting a better work–life balance.
