Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Melissa Lemeteyer is a Family Nurse Practitioner, originally from Missouri, who has moved around the country, currently living in New York City with her very adorable Corgi. She completed her Doctorate in Nursing at Mercer University in Georgia, her BSN at University of Indianapolis, and before that received her bachelor's in Psychology from University of Missouri- Kansas City and has been practicing for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in hormone therapy, primary, urgent, and critical care and care for underserved populations; especially those LGBTQIA+ identifying.

Dr. Lemeteyer finds telemedicine to be a helpful tool to increase access and affordability; especially to those people who's work or life schedules make it difficult to prioritize care for themselves. When she is not working she can usually be found eating delicious food, rewatching Cowboy Bebop, or hiking with her dog.
