Dr. Mina Aknouk completed undergraduate studies at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, followed by medical training at St. George’s University in Grenada, and residency training in Internal Medicine at Ocean University Medical Center. During training, Dr. Aknouk developed a strong interest in improving patient care through quality improvement initiatives and system-based practice, with a particular focus on enhancing communication and decision-making in clinical settings.

Dr. Aknouk is especially passionate about advancing patient-centered care and has seen firsthand how thoughtful interventions can improve both patient outcomes and provider workflows. This perspective has shaped a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
