Pamela Pahel, NP

Nurse Practitioner


Pamela Pahel, NP, is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care and Family Medicine with over 20 years of clinical experience. She currently practices in vascular neurology, where she specializes in rapid stroke evaluation and the care of young adults with complex stroke etiologies.

In her work with Ro, she focuses on preventive care, helping patients improve metabolic health and manage weight to reduce long-term health risks. She is passionate about personalized, evidence-based care and believes that improving metabolic health—through weight management, lifestyle changes, and appropriate medical therapy—can have a meaningful impact on long-term outcomes.

Pamela earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine and completed her post-master’s certification in Acute Care at the University of Pennsylvania. She has received multiple Department of Medicine Excellence in APP Education awards for her commitment to clinical teaching and patient-centered care. She values telemedicine as a way to make high-quality care more accessible, convenient, and tailored to each patient’s needs.
