Introducing Ro’s GLP-1 Pipeline Tracker

Your (our!) solution to keeping up with the ever-growing obesity drug universe, including key players, trials, and results.

The Drugs page of the Ro GLP-1 Pipeline Tracker, listing 81 drugs grouped by drug class, such as GLP-1 RA and amylin combos. Each drug shows its company, development stage, whether it’s oral or injectable, and how many studies it has. Tabs at the top lead to Studies, Pipeline, Weight Loss and Compare, and filters sort by company, drug class or indication.

The obesity drug pipeline is moving fast and getting increasingly crowded. With each passing day, it’s becoming more difficult to keep track of the players, drugs, trials, and outcomes. To solve this problem, we’ve created the Ro GLP-1 Pipeline Tracker to help us stay on top of it all, and we want to share it with you.

You can search by company, drug, or drug type (e.g., GLP-1, GLP-1/GIP, amylin). There’s a timeline view to help track where drugs are in the clinical development process.

You can also explore key data points, such as trial efficacy readouts, along with other handy information, such as participant demographics and adverse events. There’s also a tab that allows you to “compare” trial results.

Of course, as a rule, different trials are not directly comparable. But even though it’s naughty, sometimes there’s practical utility in seeing results next to each other.

We’re only using publicly available information (i.e., press releases, published papers, clinicaltrials.gov), and we will do our best to keep it updated as time goes on!

Give us a shout on X — let us know how you are using the tracker and if you have feedback.
