Why did Ro choose the ingredients in the Roman Daily?
The ingredients in the Roman Daily supplement were hand-selected by Ro’s team of in-house doctors. The team considered the effects of each ingredient in the body and reviewed relevant research, including how likely it is for men to be deficient in certain ingredients.
When determining the dose of each ingredient, the team started by looking at each ingredient’s Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA), made available by the Office of Dietary Supplements at the National Institutes of Health. The RDA represents the daily amount of a vitamin or mineral that is considered sufficient for 97–98% of healthy individuals. Roman’s team of in-house doctors also ensured that no doses exceed the Tolerable Upper Intake Level of any ingredient, which is the maximum daily dose of that ingredient above which side effects are more likely.
How should Roman Daily be taken?
You should take two tablets per day with food. Taking the supplement with food will help the body absorb vitamins A, D, and E. If you are unable or do not want to take both tablets at the same time, you may divide the dose and take one at a time. For example, you may take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening. Do not take more than two tablets in a 24-hour period.
Can I take more than two tablets per day?
It is not recommended that you take more than two tablets of the Roman Daily supplement per day. Doing so increases your risk of experiencing side effects and may even be dangerous for your health. The Institute of Medicine publishes the Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (UL) for many nutrients. The UL indicates the “maximum daily intake unlikely to cause adverse health effects” for these nutrients. Most of the ingredients in the Roman Daily supplement have published ULs. Therefore, taking more than two tablets per day increases your chance of exceeding the ULs and experiencing side effects.
What if I miss a dose?
If you accidentally miss a dose, you can either take it when you remember or you can wait until the next day to resume the supplement. It does not matter what time of day you take the supplement. However, to avoid going over the Tolerable Upper Intake Level for any of the ingredients, you should not take more than two tablets in a 24-hour period.
Is the Roman Daily FDA approved?
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements, like the Roman Daily. However, Roman Daily is manufactured according to the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP). All our supplements are formulated by our in-house doctors with carefully sourced, high-quality ingredients.
