Bubble baths, long walks on the beach, getting a massage—these are all common things people think of when they hear “self-care.” But self-care is about so much more than that. It’s about prioritizing your mental and physical health. Sometimes that means setting boundaries with certain people or at your job and other times it might mean calling a friend. Your self-care might look very different from another person’s, and that’s okay.
